Each package includes a base phone, the Grandstream GXP2170, except for the Basic Seat, which doesn't include a phone. How do the phones defend against potential attacks?
We provide a Firewall and SD-WAN device, available at an additional cost, which registers, safeguards, and reroutes traffic in case of an outage. Moreover, it's advised that clients protect their network and IT equipment with their individual firewall.
Is there a cap on the minutes for your unlimited service?
Our unlimited service operates within a fair usage policy, accommodating a standard business calling pattern. Each seat is initially allocated 400 minutes of use per seat, multiplied by the total number of seats pooled across the organization. For instance, with 100 seats, a total of 40,000 minutes is permitted. Subsequently, usage beyond this limit incurs a charge of $.015 per minute. We transparently communicate our fair usage policies, distinguishing ourselves from competitors.
Who handles the service installation?
The installation process is straightforward and can be managed either by your in-house team or by Masiero. With a nationwide installation reach, we're equipped to oversee the installation of the service, including any necessary inside wiring or electrical tasks.
